Description:
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the entire sales order fulfillment process, including management of customer orders from order entry through punch list, providing support to sales personnel, and accurate and timely service to customers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
College Degree and 2-5 years administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 hourly rate.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry process to include: reviewing orders for contractual compliance, submitting purchase orders, checking acknowledgements against orders, and resolving discrepancies with factory
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, punch list resolution and the scheduling of orders for delivery/installation; Provide clarification and answers for customer’s questions regarding order issues.
- Disperse order information to appropriate internal and external personnel (sales staff, operations, customer, etc.).
- Attend team meetings and provide team with status updates as needed.
- Review receiving information from field operation and matches to order; resolves discrepancies.
- Enter orders for punch list/warranty work; follows up to ensure all punch list work is done in a timely manner.
- Prepare work order packet and communicates with installation team (internal or external). To include: scheduling, details pertaining to scope of work, special site conditions, point of contact, etc.
- Invoice customer for product delivered and work performed; verifies invoice amounts and balance to customer’s P.O.
- Other duties as assigned.
