OUR OPPORTUNITY

PROK is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support ongoing projects working closely with all the internal and external stakeholders. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.

Working within a team of experienced professionals, your duties and daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build awareness and understanding of the project delivery chain
  • Maintaining milestone tracking sheets for monthly invoicing and forecasting
  • Ensure invoices are compliant with the contract requirements.
  • Direct involvement in progress meetings with client. At times, run progress meetings.
  • Contribute to internal discussions and meetings about projects, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support non-conformance reporting through toolbox and ensuring NCRs are originated, reviewed, actioned, and closed out.
  • Maintain tracking database providing data about contracts including variations, milestones, claims, people, shipping events, manufacturing and purchasing progress and day-to-day notes
  • Update forecast costs and milestone invoicing for the assigned projects in Pronto at each month-end.
  • Maintain and develop monthly project reports
  • Own the dispatch documentation, inspection, and release events for projects assigned.
  • Optimise dispatch events in-line with freight budget.

To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:

  • Min 3 years’ project management / coordination experience in a similar role
  • Must be computer literate. Microsoft office suite (Moderate level)
  • Must have technical report writing skills
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service
  • Be or become proficient in Pronto modules, including Projects, Manufacturing, AR, Inventory and Sales Orders. Other ERP system experience is also desirable
  • The ability to strategically evaluate and solve complex problems
  • Strong attention to detail
