EDUCATION:

  • Degree or Diploma in Administration, Project Management or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years’ experience and preference given to candidates with familiarity in the A/E industry.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Newforma an asset + other EDMS systems.

Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily processing of construction documentation and correspondence through Electric Data Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Data entry of required information
  • Daily communication with engineering team
  • Uploading/downloading from FTP sites
  • Reviewing concrete test reports
  • Logging all received submittals/RFI/SSI/Reports/ETC
  • Running Reports
  • Setting up CA for new projects
  • Tracking all outstanding submittals
