SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and consistent
Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Working knowledge of general accounting principles
Eager learner, team oriented, positive thinker, problem solver, resourceful
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Experience with general office equipment including scanner/copier etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a variety of project files and records with consistency
  • Assists Project Managers with project related administrative duties
  • Support admin team with various duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense summarization and reconciliation, certificate of insurance requests, etc.
  • Shipping and receiving, maintaining office supplies, helping to plan office events, keeping fleet vehicles organized and coordinating service
  • Reception and clerical duties
  • May provide customer service for external customers
  • Other duties as assigned
