LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• English and local language proficiency are mandatory.

• Lead and Manage Projects: Organize and manage projects with suppliers and colleagues, ensuring progress aligns with the project plan (scope, schedule, and budget) until completion.
• Customer Relationship Management: Drive all communication with customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Protect Company Interests: Safeguard Schneider Electric’s interests within the contract framework until the end of contractual obligations.
• Ensure Compliance: Execute projects in full compliance with Schneider Electric processes, quality instructions, and governance principles.
• Financial Accountability: Take full control over project profitability, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and implementing profitability improvement actions.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Strongly monitor HSE policies for all team members and sub-contractors, especially for site activities and travels.
• Cybersecurity Management: Manage cybersecurity risks and actions linked to suppliers, service providers, and sub-contractors.
