Description:
Seaspan Energy is in the process of constructing a small-scale LNG bunker fleet to serve vessels worldwide. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the development of Seaspan Energy’s business. This exciting opportunity involves being an integral part of the implementation and operational team for this unique startup venture.
As the Project Coordinator at Seaspan Energy, you will have diverse responsibilities including document authoring, document control, and transmittals. You will also provide general support activities like, coordinate 3rd party logistics, project-related travel, and lead administrative duties. This position reports directly to the Manager of Business Operations and may involve occasional travel. Join us in shaping the future of maritime energy solutions!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Track project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Support in resource allocation and task assignment.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among project team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives and decision-making.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as document control, documentation, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.Plan and execute vessel loading logistics support for BC and Long Beach based vessels
