WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
The Westburne Industrial Sales team requires a Project Coordinator – Services and Solutions to join our team. The Project Coordinator – Services and Solutions is accountable for working closely with the Automation Services Specialists (outside technical sales) to coordinate and manage Services and Solutions orders and projects, as well as service agreements, for customers across Alberta and British Columbia in a wide range of industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System
- Handle purchase order entries and maintain order tracking for all project orders
- Expedite and conduct follow-up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders
- Coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management, and our customers
- Process shop drawings, service reports, timesheets & expenses for approval/record purposes
- Schedule resources for site service, orientation, and onboarding portals
- Execute multi-year service agreements, distributor labour accounts and customer / Vendor rate agreements
- Assist in execution and development of Service programs & deliverables
- Be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.
- Note: This role is office based 5 days a week.
