Description:
- Arrangement of Workers and scheduling
- To supervise the site work
- Material calculation & Labor cost estimating
- To update the monthly site progress
- Site supervision and highlight to Project Engineer on the installation matter/changes
- Attend the servicing and issuance of service order
- Carry out inspection with RTO/Consultant
- To report all the project progress to superior
- To ensure all the design/installation detail can be done according to site condition
- Submit Material Requisition to office
- To feedback to HR workers’ training course required
- Ensure workers’ safe work procedure
- To maintain workers morale and solve workers’ issue/matter
- Train workers
- Any adhoc duty assigned by superior
