PROJECT COORDINATOR

We currently have a great opportunity for a highly organised, proactive Project Coordinator to join our established team based at our client site in Derby (Rolls Royce). This is a highly varied role providing a comprehensive administrative support service across all aspects of the office workplace cycle ensuring high levels in service and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise the delivery of business as usual “Moves and Changes” (MAC) requests, utilising imbedded subcontractors and service providers, as well as Senator own installation resources.
  • Meet with the client to gather BAU information to provide a brief and confirm/agree the project plans with the client.
  • Carry out stakeholder and staff engagement to ensure all moves aspects are captured with clear communication.
  • Engage with the Workplace Space Planning Team to undertake surveys for office furniture layouts.
  • Oversee subcontractor (furniture) installations.
  • Manage BAU projects from engagement to completion on site and financially.
  • Ensure open communication with the client from the outset, setting expectations on delivery timescales etc.
  • Update relevant project trackers and provide regular financial updates to The Workplace Manager.
  • Creation of MAC quotations, report projection completion dates to Workplace Manager.
  • Liaise with client to establish alternative move locations and move options if required.
  • Ensure all commercials are aligned to 3rdparties to support activities.
  • Co-Manage furniture storage facility in Derby.
  • Oversee weekend work / organise weekend resource coverage.
