Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll harness your organizational and problem-solving skills and leverage your expertise to play a pivotal role in driving projects forwards! You will provide essential support and coordination to project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle. In other words, you’ll be there to ensure smooth project execution! Your role will include:

  • Reporting to the General Manager and assisting the Project Team in developing construction documents, establishing project protocols, and ensuring proper communication and document control processes.
  • Acting as a liaison with the Safety Representative to ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper documentation.
  • Managing and maintaining project records, including RFIs, SIs, Change Orders (COs), and Shop Drawing logs using Procore Software
  • Supporting project scheduling, risk management, and scope management efforts.
  • Generating monthly progress billing and assisting with procurement activities, including sourcing materials and subcontractor quotes.
  • Coordinating with the estimating team to prepare and submit bids and proposals.
  • Ensuring all project communications and documents are issued per company protocols and providing training to Field Staff as needed.
  • Preparing BIM layouts for field use and coordinating CAD layouts.
  • Participating in site visits, capturing meeting minutes, and facilitating effective collaboration among teams.
