Job Description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team in Traffic Engineering. You will play a key role in the realization of large-scale projects related to sustainable mobility, public transit, transportation planning and user-friendly and safe facilities.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices in the metropolitan area.

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Act as technical and administrative leader in the planning, design and execution of various major projects
  • Determine project requirements, carry out studies, draft technical reports and determine construction costs
  • Actively participate in design or rehabilitation, detailed engineering, project management, evaluation, inspection, construction supervision, supervise the work team assigned to projects, write ODS and prepare budgets.
  • Propose solutions to problems encountered and take all necessary measures to ensure that work progresses according to schedule.
  • Prepare and issue change directives as required, as well as change requests for approval
  • Coordinate the execution of work and the production of deliverables
  • Prepare meetings with the customer and may meet with customers alone, depending on the level of complexity of the project and the type of customer. Follow-up with and provide feedback to customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and solid knowledge of civil engineering (road engineering, road infrastructure, public transit, traffic engineering)
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel frequently
