REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary degree and/or experience in translation project management.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Work applications.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility for projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating financial and/or securities translation projects and ensuring that these projects are completed within specified timelines while maintaining superb quality standards. It is a position requiring excellent organizational skills as well as high-level customer care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting and assisting with the entire project cycle, including project setup, coordination with the client, matching and coordination of translators and other linguists and graphic design through to delivery.
  • Coordinating and tracking project pricing, profit margins and budgets.
  • Responding to and providing solutions for client queries and requests before, during and after completion of projects (in coordination with the project manager).
  • Improving customer service, efficiency and relationships with resources.
  • Continual product improvement through the management of client translation memories, glossaries and/or guidelines, and monitoring linguistic team performance to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Coordination with our Translations AI development team to help our technical developments in the field of translations AI.
