Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: North Vancouver Office

Key Responsibilities: • Study plans and specifications to understand project requirements.

  • Prepare detailed estimates for labour, materials, equipment, permits, etc.
  • Develop schedules for labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Advise field staff on construction procedures and methods.
  • Manage project costing and tracking.
  • Complete accounting documentation and maintain cost codes.
  • Support subcontract management and process invoices and progress claims.
  • Track and manage change orders.
  • Expedite materials and equipment deliveries.
  • Assist Site Supervisor with manpower requirements.
  • Handle progress claims.
  • Establish and maintain an effective quality control program.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to design processes and policies.
  • Work with the HR Health & Safety Team to implement health and safety programs.

Qualifications/Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience with heavy construction projects.

  • University degree in Engineering or diploma in Civil Technology.
  • Knowledge of cost control, estimating, and planning techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

Salary: $60 - $90k per annum
