Summary
The Project Delivery Analyst (PMO Qualitative) will contribute to the creation and revision of written processes, work instructions and forms in response to emerging directives and business needs, as well as the needs of the client and evolution of the contract. The Analyst will support continuous improvement projects and will assist with the development and delivery of orientation materials to communicate changes in business objectives or project delivery requirements.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Previous experience with facility and/or project management services  Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g.: Office administration, Communication)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant job experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  Strong Process mapping and documentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills including a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Financials
  • Familiarity with ISO documentation standards  Some project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong skills in business administration
  • Bilingualism is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop standard business requirements and specifications for functions, processes and/or programs related to construction project delivery.
  • Interface with relevant stakeholders to understand process related issues and to facilitate innovative solutions to traditional problems.
  • Liaise with business partners to identify and resolve coordination issues between streams.
  • Develop and deliver orientation sessions for internal customers and business partners on Project Delivery Services initiatives, process changes and other continuous improvements.
  • Facilitate orientations given by other business partners to Project Delivery Services team members or others as required.
  • Develop and distribute information to internal customers using various methods such as email communications, Teams announcements, etcetera.
  • Assist in ensuring document version control is maintained at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
