Description:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Embross North America is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Project Delivery Manager to collaborate with software development, hardware engineering, and manufacturing teams on innovative self-service projects and products. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects, delivering technical solutions for high-profile clients in the travel and transportation industry.
As a Project Delivery Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met while adhering to quality standards and client expectations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the airline industry in a delivery-focused role.
- Knowledge of both software & hardware development cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Jira.
- Familiarity with Windows & Linux operating systems
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (waterfall, agile)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, Problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to take challenges and work in a fast-paced, cross-discipline environment, both independently and as a team-player.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.
- Completing assigned work with minimal supervision but with the active support of other team members.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to work environments.
- Ability to take challenges and work in a fast-paced, cross-discipline environment, both independently and as a team-player.
- Experience with the customer acceptance testing process, tools, and techniques.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.).
EXPERIENCE:
- SDLC: 5 years (preferred)
- External Client engagement: 5 years (preferred)
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
- Project management: 3 years (required)
