We’re seeking a dynamic Project Delivery Manager to join our team in supporting our Audiology business. As our Project Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee our new hub rollout program, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders. You’ll coordinate every stage from pre-contract to completion, ensuring a seamless project delivery process.
Your role involves aligning resources, meeting deadlines, and driving process improvements for onboarding new businesses. You’ll support the creation of a self-service culture, develop resources, and ensure departmental plans align with broader initiatives. Additionally, you’ll manage Minor Works projects, gaining insights into shop fit and design principles.
You’ll bring end-to-end programme management skills ideally from a retail background, the ability to influence stakeholders, and lots of ideas to keep things moving! Your clear communication, attention to detail, and growth mindset will help drive our continuous improvement.
