Description:
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with product management function to streamline collaboration between product and development / engineering teams.
- Responsible for the delivery of software products and integrations across multiple teams.
- Identify and remove impediments and escalate issues where required
- Manage and track the performance of development teams
- Attend status update meetings and collate detail to complete the weekly status report.
- Provide status updates to the business and the development leadership team
- Ensure each team is resourced effectively to deliver on priorities
- Ensure the productivity within the team meets expectations
- Identify any training requirements, skills gap with the team.
- Ensure each sprint is delivered on time and meets the quality standards set out.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
