Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner - for a Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile:

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Expert in topographic surveying activities and any topographic and cadastral service for raw land utility scalephotovoltaic plants.
• Proactive collaboration in the execution of the whole permitting process until the ready to build status.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Languages: English essential – Fluency in French would be an asset;
• Surveying methods and techniques: Use of tools and techniques for the representation of land and structures;
• Cartography and project documents: Ability to read, represent, and interpret maps and technical documentation;
• Expropriation and negotiations: Knowledge of procedures for the negotiations for easement agreements and expropriation, including drawing of “Piani Particellari” e “Relazioni di Stima”;
• Subdivision and cadastral registration ("Frazionamenti” e “Accatastamenti"): Knowledge of procedures for subdivision and cadastral registration at the Land Registry.
• Familiarity with the Italian permitting activities/procedures related to the progressing of a PV project to achieve Final Permitting, Ready to Build, Construction and Connection status of the PV plant;
• Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
• Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans and executive level reporting that ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios.
