Description:
The project development coordinator will be responsible for the development of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong fluency in solar project contracts, utility interconnection, and construction. The project development coordinator will work with the design and management team to develop, advance, and manage solar projects throughout New Mexico.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years experience and strong record of accomplishment in relevant roles.
- Renewable energy project management experience (both commercial and residential).
- Skilled at outreach, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Exceptional ability to make optimal decisions and adapt to a fast-paced industry.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams including installation, design, management, and engineering.
- Ability to commute to company headquarters in addition to working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in MS Office Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience utilizing PV design software.
EXPERIENCE:
- Renewable Energy Solar (3 years)
- Managing project budgets and schedules (3 years)
- Target site identification, community/partner/client outreach (3 years)
- Project management (3 years)
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Location: Dixon, New Mexico (headquarters) with travel throughout New Mexico
Compensation: Full-Time Hourly, Solid compensation DOE
Additional Compensation: Bonus and commissions
