Project Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced business and project development professional in North America for supporting our critical minerals projects to join our team in Vancouver. This position will promote and implement client relationships and marketing activities, collaborating closely with the regional leadership to increase project development opportunities and maximize revenue and profitability for the business. This is senior role and will report directly to the Director Development - North America for Sedgman.

• Conduct market research to identify major prospects to assist in the overall forward planning for the region.
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to support project and business development opportunities.
• Engage with clients at operating facilities
• Coordinate activities to support the plan and business development activities.
• Maintain existing contacts and develop new contacts (internal and external) to ensure relationships develop.
• Develop a sustainable pipeline of work that supports business growth in line with the objectives of the business strategy.Lead the pursuit, study, engagement or tender to support continued growth
