Description:
WHAT FUNCTIONS WILL YOU PERFORM?
- Review all the necessary technical designs and studies required prior and during the project development process (technical layouts, connection studies, etc)
- Managing all the administrative and technical aspects of the permitting process for secured projects
- Market research and development of an in-depth knowledge of local market legislation, regulations, etc.
- Research grid status and availability and liaise with the distribution and transmission system operators
- Conducting site visits and evaluate land plots for ground mounted PV, grid connected wind and storage projects
- Internal pipeline management and reporting
- MEKH procedure management
- MAVIR and DSOs procedure management
- Investment side elog opening
- E-utility statements (ekozmu)
- Commissioning procedure managements
- Auxiliary supply contracting
- Support Electricity trade agreement negotiations
- Permit of use procedure management
- Grid usage agreement handling and conclusion as per investment needs
- Reclassification of land procedures management
- Liaising between EPC and investment management on RTB project integrity
- Structured project management and interdepartmental collaboration
