About the Role
We are hiring a Project Director to market, sell, deliver, and continuously improve Duke CE Consortium Certificates developed in partnership with industry and educational players, increase brand awareness and driving a sustainable revenue from Consortium Certificate sales.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Marketing and selling Duke CE Consortium Certificates to B2B clients, targeting sustainable revenue growth in line with annual targets.
  • Designing new certificates and launching them in the market.
  • Leading the full-cycle delivery of Consortium Certificates, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
  • Redesigning certificates to meet market trends and consumer need.
  • Driving brand awareness and demand for Consortium Certificates through strategic marketing and event development.
  • Developing and managing events, including content creation, marketing, and production.
  • Collaborating extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have experience in the adult education market, including experience in marketing, B2B sales, and program delivery. Proven success in managing client relationships and securing deals with corporate clients will be required.
The ideal candidate will have led business growth and delivered solutions tailored to the market using creative and innovative ideas. As a charismatic networker with executive presence and ideally existing relationships at senior level with potential partners, they will have a high level of emotional intelligence, creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to persuade and lead others to achieve and ensure their success.
Office Location and Travel
This role is office-based and will require flexibility to work evenings for events and program deliveries. Occasional travel may be required
