The Project Director is always ready to face new challenges while striving for perfection. Overseeing complex and high-end projects, requiring skill and effort, whilst monitoring and working with a sharp eye for detail. Colleagues will rely on the Project Director to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines.
Most important, this role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it.
Reporting into the Managing Partner, the Project Director will be responsible for the Project Management and Resource Team and the services that they provide.

- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost control. Where applicable, to identify and secure additional resources ahead of time – including internal personnel and external vendors.
- Track expenditures and report on financial performance to senior management.
- Lead a cross-functional team across strategy, design, CX and Creative.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications alongside the Business Director.
- Engage with senior management, department heads, and other key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the project.
- Work closely with the client project lead to ensure all stakeholders are managed and the necessary feedback / sign offs are sought across the length of the project.
- Organise and lead regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and making necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the execution of all rebranding activities, ensuring they align with the overall project timeline and client-approved list of deliverables.
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

- Experience defining best practice and creative processes.
- Experience and knowledge of delivering cross-platform projects e.g. digital display, website and video.

- Experience working with near and off-shore teams and knowledge of the implications of this, specifically, financially and operationally.
- Proven ability at delegating tasks and ensuring the right expertise is provided for all projects.
- Hands-on experience with tracking resource, using systems and supporting databases. Rebranding project experience is highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make sure quality control procedures are followed and adhered to.
