On top of that, you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering
  • Must have professional engineer status in Canada and United States
  • Previous related engineering, project management or business development
  • experience
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience as a people manager, 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience developing teams and at providing feedback, mentoring, and coaching team members
  • Proven ability to lead others through change
  • Consider both progress and results for people’s career development
  • Proven experience making fair and balanced decisions for the employee and Company
  • Skilled interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Professional English written and oral communication skills, able to listen and share relevant information
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in an innovative environment
