On top of that, you will:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering
- Must have professional engineer status in Canada and United States
- Previous related engineering, project management or business development
- experience
- Approximately 5+ years of experience as a people manager, 10+ years of leadership experience
- Experience developing teams and at providing feedback, mentoring, and coaching team members
- Proven ability to lead others through change
- Consider both progress and results for people’s career development
- Proven experience making fair and balanced decisions for the employee and Company
- Skilled interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Professional English written and oral communication skills, able to listen and share relevant information
