QUALIFICATIONS, ACCREDITATION, TRAINING (ESSENTIAL)

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Program Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM)

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL)

• Relevant experience in supervisory, project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; EPCM, EPC including site assignments; Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments.
• Demonstrated PM experience leading large and mega projects with high risk elements.

Provides oversight and technical direction to a group of people in project management, including project engineering coordinators, project engineers, project managers, and portfolio managers under the administrative guidelines of the company. Accountable for the identification, selection, hiring, training and development of people and managing their assignments. Accountable for delivery of projects in compliance with company requirements. Plans, organizes, manages, and controls department budgets with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley.
