We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer in Training (EIT) with interest in equipment management to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our operations and equipment manager to ensure the efficient and effective use of our piling equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
  • Understanding of construction equipment and machinery. Marine or piling equipment is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Exce

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain an inventory of piling equipment, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Coordinate equipment logistics, including transportation, setup, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with the equipment manager to develop equipment usage plans and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to equipment management.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and equipment logs.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and practices to improve equipment efficiency and project outcomes.
