REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical or in related discipline
- Ideally 6-8 years’ experience in project management or manufacturing operations in manufacturing industry.
- Experienced in project management and leading cross functional teams.
- Conceptual understanding on Lean Six Sigma principles and Focused Problem Solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in statistical analysis, process mapping, graphic design skills will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Project management skills.
- Able to react efficiently to situation and able to work independently.
- Kindly note this position is based in Tuas.

Responsibilities:
- Implement plant continuous improvement projects and cost saving efforts.
- Lead and implement workflow streamlining projects in the company.
- Manage reward and recognition and employee engagement programs in the organization.
- Perform data analysis on production data and identify opportunity for improvement.
- Manage various improvement programs and workstreams in the plant, track and report benefits of projects.
- Drive continuous improvement culture and mindset in the organization.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
