Our employee offering includes opportunities tocareer development and broad prospects for internal mobility around the world.AssignmentSupport the Head of Turnkey Project - Tren Maya.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Engineer (Project Management):Support the turnkey project manager - Tren Maya in the presentation of themonitoring the implementation of continuous improvement actions for the business unit;Support the Tren Maya turnkey project manager in missionsspecific one-offs (monitoring resolution of organizational and technical issues, preparationproactively with agendas, deadlines, support for presentations and ad hoc support fordelivery and submission teams);Definition and implementation of turnkey documentation archiving tools(Submission, projects, REX);Support the business development department;Training:Engineering degree or equivalentExperience & Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of project management and turnkey infrastructure (asset)Technical and behavioral skills:- Fluent French, Spanish, English- Knowledge of the railway environment and its rules of the art- Interest in solving technical problems- Sense of organization ; interest in the implementation of efficient management tools- Fluency in MS Excel- Good coordination and collaboration- Application of Alstom discipline and processes- Use of performance indicators- Use of experience and techniques acquired from the industry- Enthusiasm and creator of enthusiasm, responsible, interested, curious, voluntary &dynamic- Teamwork in an international context, with partners on different sites (India,France, Spain, Brazil…)- Promotes open dialogue and listening
