Our opportunity
As Project Engineer, you will manage and coordinate projects efficiently, ensuring it exceeds the project parameters for time, cost, customer satisfaction, quality, and HSE.
Responsibilities:
Overall coordination and responsible for activities and tasks associated with the development of overall planning and programming.
Preparation and monitoring of overall short and mid-range design construction and procurement programmes and schedules.
Develop and manage production-planning schedule to allocated disciplines.
Construction team interface with design team on programming and procurement issues.
Manage, implement and monitor programming control procedures.
Supervision and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the project documentation, and HSE and quality requirements.
Subcontract management and subcontract administration, including assistance in preparation of monthly final forecast cost estimates (FFC’s) for trade packages. Review of major variation and monthly trade FFC’s with Project Team.
Assist in procurement of subcontractors and suppliers within discipline(s) by: review of tender design; preparation of scope and technical documentation; preparation of S/C tender list; management of tender process; vetting and recommending tenders; and engaging subcontractors.
Attend and present at project reviews.
Manage project completion planning and implementation.

We are looking for a Project Engineer with 3-5 years experience in large commercial developments. You will experience in managing structure packages in your previous roles.
