Project Engineer
Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 Years of Construction / M&E Experience
Autocad skills & MS Office Proficient
Basic knowledge in Surveying / Measurements is a plus.
Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work as a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
Scope:
To assist the Project Director/Manager in planning, execution and supervision of works.
To assist the Project Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects.
Experience in producing, editing, and executing Method Statements.
To co-ordinate sub-contract works.
To assist in site administration.
Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all A&A project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly.
Able to interpret drawings and identify discrepancies within all trades and come initiate solutions.
To lead a team of supervisors to carry out their works accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to contract and client requirements.
Responsible on Permit to Work Submissions.
Create as-built Drawings and updates to clients
