  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment that brings different challenges every day
  • Be familiar with health, safety and welfare e.g., Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and how these principles can be incorporated into your designs
  • Understand the importance of delivering to programme and notifying the design lead when issues that affect delivery arise.
  • Understand and use the relevant Quality Management System processes and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

About you…

  • Degree in relevant qualification and holder of/working towards professional certification
  • An understanding of the design of water/wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure works ideally, but open to learn if coming from another civil engineering background with appropriate experience.
  • Computer literate and conversant with the MS Office suite with knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and other related engineering packages.
  • Strong written and oral communication and organisational skills and to produce reports in clear concise English.
  • Desire to develop existing skills and acquire new technical competences to enhance personal and team capability
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment with a dedicated approach to meet project deadlines.
  • Be confident to work under minimum supervision and competent to check the work of others and supervise less experienced or junior staff
