Description:
John Holland, CPB Contractors and Ghella Joint Venture (JCG) has commenced design and construction work for the Sydney Metro West - Eastern Tunnelling Package (ETP).
ETP includes the construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour between The Bays and the Sydney CBD, and the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations. This is the final piece in the puzzle to deliver the city-shaping Sydney Metro West project.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mining Engineering
- Local experience in cross passages and tunnel civil construction
- Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 Contractor
- Excellent communication skills of liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer. Based on site in Sydney’s CBD and reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of all Cross Passages within our TBM Tunnels including the safety, quality, and production.
