JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Customer Success Management (CSM) Europe team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all CSM Products (Upgrades, Pro-act, Encore, Refurbishment, Audit) from order intake to delivery and key performance indicators. In this role, you will be the key contact for customers and sales force acting as coordination and interface with the operation organization to support meeting confirmed timeline and commitments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Engineering degree. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Experience or knowledge of CRM, ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Organization and writing reporting skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Logical thinking capabilities and continuous improvement attitudeFluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Review orders to ensure they are technically accurate, priced appropriately, realistic in terms of delivery commitments and properly documented to meet our customer’s expectations.
- Lead and facilitate project kick-off meetings, ensuring that milestone commitments are translated from the customer to the Internal Husky stakeholders (i.e. Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Spare Parts, etc.) successfully, including proper documentation. Follow-up on open issues from the kick-off meeting.
- Align with the Operations and/or Customer Support teams to ensure Service Product executed to appropriate specifications at customer site.
- Align with Operations and/or Customer Support team on the impact of order changes, and ensure that original schedule deadlines are met, or if this is not possible, communicate the impact to the sales team and customer.
- Maintain and communicate regular update of project status to all stakeholders, including performance update to customers.
- Manage ERP process and create order reports, contracts, service orders and sales orders.
- Provide support for sales and customers, coordinate the documentation and timely resolution of any quality issues that may arise.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting after each intervention on customer plant, ensuring good templates are used and properly filled.
- Prepare, issue and evaluate follow up actions in order to collect system Key Performance Indicators from the field in collaboration with Operation team and ensure that the customer and the sales team are informed on achieved results compared with committed targets.
- Support Sales and Business Advisors to define quotation, with appropriate scope of work and supply. Be able to guide the proposal for new or renewed contracts, based on previous projects history and customer needs. Ensure the proposal includes achievable targets, able to address customer’s needs.Support continuous improvement initiatives, including such initiatives as defining new processes and tools to support the business.
