Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation.
- Lead and manage project teams, facilitating communication between engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address issues.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare regular project status reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Min 4 years of experience in Project management within the engineering sector, including supervisory roles.
- Proven experience in fit-out or construction project management & Engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project inspections and meetings.
