Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing work on a portfolio of energy efficiency projects.
  • With the support of the Program Manager, effectively plan for long-term program development and be aware of market trends and technological developments within the specialty area.
  • Responsible for engaging, recruiting, and supporting customers with the business development team.
  • Work cooperatively with participants, partners, and other external parties to achieve the goals of their projects and the overall Custom Program.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving technical documents and providing feedback to customers and partners within an area of specialty.
  • Within their area of technical specialty, they are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of technical work.
  • Responsible for completing measurement and verification of energy-savings measures following project execution and assisting with the follow-through on evaluator and verifier recommendations for the program.
  • Responsible for maintaining a general knowledge of all EfficiencyOne program materials, protocols, criteria, program nuances, etc.
  • Provided technical leadership to internal clients when required (i.e., analysis, technical reviews, evaluations).
  • As part of the larger custom team, I forecast energy targets and incentives based on current and past results.
  • Responsible for participating in the development and improvement of the Custom program.
  • Responsible for assisting with follow-through on evaluator and verifier recommendations for the program.
  • Responsible for supporting marketing-related initiatives and educating participants about the program
