Description:

Project Engineer: Responsible for supporting the on-site implementation of IDC (Internet Data Center) projects, ensuring that projects progress smoothly according to design specifications, SOPs, and timelines. This position requires collaboration across functional teams and the ability to effectively resolve various unexpected issues that may arise during the project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or higher in IT-related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of IDC-related equipment and materials (e.g., servers, switches, network cables, optical fibers).
  • Basic operational ability with Linux command line.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time and task priorities.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager in developing project plans and schedules, ensuring that all engineering activities proceed as planned.
  • Supervise project execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project engineering documents, drawings, reports, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely internal coordination and follow up on any abnormal situations.
  • Regularly monitor project progress, budget, and quality, and report project status to the project manager.
  • Identify and manage project risks, proposing effective solutions and countermeasures.
  • Ensure that the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain good communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements and goals are effectively communicated.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing professional opinions and advice on engineering matters.
  • Assist the project manager in client needs analysis and solution discussions.
