Project Engineer

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing/instrumentation or relevant field and 3-5 years of industry experience.
• Rotating equipment experience (control valves and all other type of valves).
• Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, ERP and Oracle.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Proven experience in risk and change management.
• Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Lean training experience preferred.
• Project Management Professional certified is preferred.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Project Engineer is responsible to deliver the order to the customer on time, on budget and with the utmost quality and responsibility for project orders from award of order through shipment and final documentation. The duties include but are not limited to contract review, clarification, communication, and execution in accordance with agreed upon requirements.

YOUR ROLE:

• Responsibility for the overall performance and safety of the project from initiation to completion.
• Ensure that requirements are adequately defined and documented, identifying any differences between the contracts.
• Planning and accountability for the successful achievement of contract specifications and project schedules, keeping customers informed of progress and facilitating the removal of obstacles to timely shipment.
• Collaborate with sales channels, engineering, planning, purchasing, accounting and manufacturing for complete, thorough and accurate information.
• Provides technical support to the sales and service team and customers on seals and systems.
• Actively engage in daily production meeting and be accountable in getting the short term and long-term assignments completed.
