JOB DESCRIPTION

• You are responsible for the project management of a sub-project.
• You ensure the smooth processing of the orders assigned to you, whereby you are responsible for excellent project planning as well as the corresponding quality, employees and budget.
• Your function also includes the administration of order documents with regard to legal, financial, security and quality requirements.
• You keep budgets and track costs very closely.
• You lead a team of operational employees and / or subcontractors, either yourself or through a site manager. You put the right person in the right place for every project. You motivate the teams, inform them and give feedback.
• You are committed to high-quality technical execution of the tasks assigned to you. Where necessary, you carry out improvement actions together with the teams. You take care of the correct entry and apply appropriate administrative processes and workflows.
• You identify risks and solve problems that arise.
• As an expert in your field, you monitor technical and complex aspects during execution and advise your team accordingly.
• You monitor the progress of the work and plan consultation meetings with all parties involved so that everyone is perfectly informed about what is expected of them.
• You ensure that everything is handled in accordance with the guidelines on safety, health, quality and the environment.Profile
• You have a Master of Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering - Construction.
• Experience of at least a few years is certainly an advantage, but beginners are also welcome.
• You are a good organizer and have solid communication skills.
• You are a team player.
• You are proactive, forward-looking and correctly assess situations.
• You speak and write German fluently and have good knowledge of English. Other languages are a plus.We offer
