Description:

Specializing in full service site development, we serve a wide variety of clients in the military, government, commercial and residential markets.
Position Summary: The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing site development and infrastructure projects for our clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Develop & protect relationships with our clients, customers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, government representatives, & other necessary entities
  • Cost and production management
  • Value engineering
  • Procurement and management of subcontractors and vendors
  • Create & update project schedules for submission as requested or required by the clients/customers
  • Upkeep of the process-tracking documents to ensure a smooth project life-cycle
  • Negotiate with clients, customers, subcontractors & suppliers as needed
  • Administration of document control systems
  • Development of construction means & methods
  • Change order management
  • Safety

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, & Skills: *

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer in site development or heavy civil construction
  • Microsoft Project/Primavera P6
  • HCSS HeavyJob/Bid Software
  • PDF Editing with Adobe Pro or Bluebeam Revu
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible & able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
