Responsibilities:

ROLES & OBJECTIVES

As an Intern you will be part of our Initiatives Department in Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and you will be reporting to the Manager Project Engineering. The position will be based in Bologna.
In your role, you will join the Project Engineering team supporting projects with the final objective of improving Operation performance (safety, productivity, quality, compliance, innovation etc).

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support safe project execution following all safety regulation for PM employee and contractors by supporting safety risk assessment.
  • Ensure proper Capex execution by monitoring closely the projects under his/her responsibility every month. Support in organizing works and coordinate activities to meet objectives and set for the projects under his/her responsibility
  • Adheres 100% to all Sustainability policies and procedures. Respect health and safety legislation requirements. Comply with Iso 9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001, PMI QMS AWS requirements. Support the coordination, check and approve work requirements within defined timelines and resources.
  • Contribute to the right specs definition to meet Customer expectations bot for new products.
  • Support the project implementation and control the flow of the necessary documentation.
  • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project process and support solving problems to ensure the successful completion of the project.
