Project Engineer

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• MBO degree in mechanical engineering or HBO degree in the direction of engineering technology.
• At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering.

FURTHERMORE, YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF:

• 3D drawing software, Solid Works is an advantage
• Microsoft software; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English in word and writing
• Knowledge of machinery, such as vibratory and belt conveyor systems and/or optical inspection equipment is an advantage.

YOUR TASKS:

• You design the technical plan of the installations and ensure that they fit into the production line at the final location.
• You design and detail the installations for our own in-house manufacturing. The production drawings are largely provided by a third party and then checked by you
• You solve problems related to the layout, design, manufacture, operation and reliability of the equipment.

TO PERFORM YOUR DUTIES WELL, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:

• You can work both independently and as a team member
• You have conceptual thinking skills
• You are willing to travel for work to customer sites (in the EMEA area)
• You want to see your own work immediately in our own workshop and installed at our customers’ premises
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
