Description:
JOB SCOPE:
a) Coordinate maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical equipment, building service.
b) Communication with Customer and service partner.
c) Response to complaints/fault and provide troubleshooting.
d) Manage Workers
e) Willing to learn on M&E and building, and product.
f) Draft and submission of monthly report
g) Draft and submission of claims and invoice
h) Any other duties assigned by manager
i) Read and understand the project requirements.
j) Assist on tender.
