REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical , Electrical , or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in construction projects involving LTA, Data Centre , Fire Protection , or Electrical systems .
• Strong understanding of construction standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.

• Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide engineering support for LTA, Construction, Data Centre, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and compliance certifications.
• Address and resolve technical and operational challenges promptly to avoid project delays.Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure project requirements are met.
