Omega 365 Consulting is a leading supplier of highly skilled project personnel in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. We offer a wide range of consultant assignments, featuring many of the most exciting projects in Norway and internationally.
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
Project department has an ongoing initiative to update our BMS (Business Management System) Project Development Process. The improvement project will cover all stages of our Project Process, from Preparing for Project Entry to Close-out. Project Execution department is responsible for input regarding Engineering, Technical Integration and Facility Project Management. For this work, we want to strengthen our team.
In addition to the Project Development Process, we have other ongoing Improvement Initiatives, including digital, where project development competence is key. Such tasks are also relevant for the role.
The Project Engineer will work together with relevant managers in Project Execution, Project Managers and Technical Integrators in our organization, and will be responsible for quality of our input to the updated processes.
The role reports to Manager Project Execution.
- Quality input to updated Project Development Processes and other improvement initiatives
- Contact with relevant roles in organization to enable cross-functional input
- Ensure that the appropriate activities are executed within agreed timeframe
- Efficient delivery of relevant tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced project engineer with broad exposure to full life cycle projects in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with improving governing processes and systems
- Experience from digitalization initiatives
- Ability to lead and drive change
- Structured and solution oriented
- One Team mindset
