We are seeking a skilled Civil or Environmental Engineer for our Kenosha office, responsible for:
- Designing transportation, storm water management, green infrastructure, sanitary sewer, water main, water/wastewater facilities, and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Collaborating with technicians, engineers, project managers, municipal officials, contractors, and the public on project design and construction.
- Preparing project-related permit applications at Federal, State, and local levels.
- Cultivating positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Potential involvement in site development, agricultural, and natural resources projects based on experience and interest.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Engineering License in Wisconsin.
- Experience in municipal engineering and teamwork.
- Self-sufficiency in meeting deadlines and leading project components.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D/Revit preferred.
- Strong communication skills for client and contractor interactions.
- Minimum 4 years of design and construction administration experience, including 2 years in project management or business development.
