We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Track & Trace/Auto Ident Support team. Ideally you will be a ‘hands-on’, commissioning biased Project Engineer who will work on pre & post sales and project support such as installation, commissioning – for Auto Ident & Track & Trace products.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum – BTEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a customer project environment with commercial awareness of project costs and timelines
  • Experience in commissioning using GUI (Graphical User Interface)
  • Experience of Auto Ident or Vision applications in the UK, desirable
  • Experience in LUA or PLC programming is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self motivated and persevere to get the job completed
  • Able to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and also Europe (South West)
  • Occasional weekend work
  • Have a full UK driving licence
