Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with council specifications and water codes is highly desirable.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Experience in budgeting and cost tracking.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer with a background in civil or mechanical engineering to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, particularly in adhering to council specifications and water codes. You’ll be responsible for managing technical aspects, ensuring the quality of work, and monitoring budgets and schedules. The position involves both office and site work, providing a balanced and dynamic work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality control.
- Oversee budget tracking and cost comparisons.
- Monitor project schedules and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the supervisor and multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Manage documentation and reporting in line with project requirements.
