Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a completed Engineering Degree (ideally Electrical, but other disciplines will be considered)
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a related field.
- Any relevant education in administration, project management and combination of work experience will be considered
- Have a strong interest in fast-paced, challenging work environments where showing initiative and self motivation are assets.
- Prior experience in engineering projects is considered an asset
- Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Strong communication skills, collaboration abilities, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to responsibly work independently without supervision or in groups
- Outstanding time management skills and commitment to meeting client deadlines
- Strong Interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team

To better support project and client development in the GTA area, you’ll work in our multidisciplinary office and will be part of a team of professionals committed to the success of our mandates. By joining our team, your role as a Project Engineering Graduate will be to contribute to preparing proposals, project planning, coordination of project related tasks, support in preparing project reports, assist in budget monitoring, and maintain positive communications with stakeholders and clients. Additionally, you’ll apply your technical expertise and knowledge as well within projects to support our client’s needs.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical coordination: Facilitate communication among engineering teams, ensuring collaboration and information flow. Participate in design reviews, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements.
- Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical challenges that may arise during project execution
