In this leadership role, you will oversee multiple engineering projects, ensuring that they are executed successfully, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. This is a key position that requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and relevant codes and regulations
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software and engineering tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Lead and manage the engineering team for various civil engineering projects
• Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget estimates
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality assurance, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare status reports for management
• Foster collaboration among engineering disciplines and promote best practices
