A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY:

After a short alignment within the Project Management Team i.e., General Project Manager, Commercial Project Manager, and you on the topics of the project, you will have a call with customer’s engineering consultant and your team on the technical details of the execution of the project. Afterwards you guide your international engineering team and partners through a design and scope review to clarify the essential interfaces between the disciplines and together you make certain to follow the project requirements. Subsequently, you will also have individual meetings with your team members on the scope, schedule, and cost for the Engineering disciplines. You conclude the day with a chat with the Site Management on engineering matters and clarify the focus areas for your Site visit next month.
